About PEAK
• Monthly seminars are held on-site at different geographic locations throughout the North Olympic Peninsula and the region, including a public policy segment in Olympia and an urban-rural interface in Seattle.
• Featured speakers and qualified skills experts provide a more balanced and comprehensive understanding of a broad range of topics and issues.
• Team building exercises foster a common approach and deeper understanding of the leadership skills and dynamics of effective leadership.
• The in-residence nature of PEAK, as defined by days and nights together for specified periods, is designed to break down walls of conventional communication interaction, thereby exposing vulnerabilities and central cores. People learn as much from each other in/out of the “classroom” as they do from the carefully selected speakers and activities.
